We want you to love your Kitos World order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return Email us at kitos5236@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges Want a different size or color? We'll ship your exchange once we receive the original item.

Final Sale Items Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
